The dandalions are out!!!
This year the dandalion's arival caused great excitement at our house.

Mother's Day Tea

Unfortunately most of the pics. I took didn't turn out very well. We had a very nice time children passed out the food. The menu consisted of fruit cup, juice and peanutbutter and jelly sandwhiches. The above pic has one of Gio's classmates walking by all excited because he was successful at passing out the food. Gio also made me a sunset on a terra cotta pot. He is so proud of it and comments on it often. I love it.

Visit To Springdale Farm

On this visit we actually got to the playground.

I liked this poster made by a young 4-H-er.

Farmer Gio

This goat not only found some nice shade but no one seemed to bother him here. Although he was the subject of many photos.

There was a young boy who told us the sheep belonged to his family and he helped with the care of all the animals on the farm and was also into 4H. He was a joy to speak with, very knowlegdable and polite.

Breetz was very excited about seeing the cows. They had it set up so you could see them from above.

The goal was a picture of the boys in their sunglasses. I did manage to get one of each but between trying to set the correct setting before they took them off and them constantly moving, as kids will do, I ended up with some pretty weird ones. The above is the weirdest.

Coats

The boys sporting Guatemala coats. I didn't realize until I saw them in the car that I had dressed them both in navy blue.

Lone

The boys love to stop and visit with our neighbor whenever we are outside. She is very kind to them. Here they are knocking at her door. Breetz calls her Lone. Gio will ask if we can go visit and Breetz will excitedly shout Lone! Lone! Lone!
